RupeeCloud provides unmanaged virtual private servers (VPS) and virtual dedicated servers (VDS) operated by GigaNode Technologies Private Limited. Unmanaged means you are solely responsible for everything inside the operating system, including software, security patches, configuration, and data backups.
You may not use our services for: illegal activities under Indian law, spamming or email bombing, hosting child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval, launching DDoS or network attacks, or any activity that adversely affects other customers or our infrastructure.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude 18% GST. GST is added automatically at checkout. Invoices are issued under GigaNode Technologies Private Limited. Services are billed monthly in advance. Non-payment within the grace period results in service suspension and then termination.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for network and hypervisor availability. Scheduled maintenance is excluded. For SLA details, see our SLA document. Downtime compensation is limited to service credit, not cash refunds.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for AUP violations, non-payment, or activity that poses a risk to the network or other customers. You may cancel at any time from the WHMCS client area. No pro-rated refund is provided for cancellation mid-term.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 1 month. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
