24-hour refund window

We offer a refund within 24 hours of initial order if the server is non-functional due to a fault on our part (hardware failure, provisioning error, network unavailability). To request a refund, open a support ticket within 24 hours of ordering via the WHMCS client area.

No refund after 24 hours

After the 24-hour window, no refunds are provided. This applies regardless of usage. If you cancel mid-term, your service continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated cash refunds are issued for early cancellation.

Circumstances not eligible for refund

Refunds are not provided for: change of mind, inability to use the server due to lack of technical skill, server performance issues caused by your own software or configuration, IP blocking by third parties, or DDoS attacks directed at your server.

GST on refunds

If a refund is approved, 18% GST is deducted from the refund amount (or a credit note is issued) in accordance with Indian GST regulations. The net refundable amount will be the base VPS price only.

Refund method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card) within 5-7 business days. Processing time depends on your bank or UPI provider.
