Frequently asked questions
Which UPI apps are accepted?
Any UPI-enabled app works — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all other NPCI-compliant UPI apps. Payment is processed through our billing portal at my.giganodes.host.
Is auto-renewal supported with UPI?
UPI mandates (recurring UPI) are not currently supported. You will receive an invoice by email before each renewal and can pay manually using any accepted method.
Can I pay annually to save money?
Annual billing is available. Contact support at my.giganodes.host to set up an annual invoice. Annual payment reduces the effective monthly cost compared to month-to-month billing.
Are there transaction fees on UPI payments?
No additional transaction fee is charged on your side. The price you see is what you pay (plus 18% GST). Payment gateway charges are absorbed by us.
How do I update my payment method?
Log in to my.giganodes.host, go to Billing > Payment Methods, and add or change your payment details. You can switch between UPI, cards, or net banking at any time.
